This sub-division presented a challenging site constraint in providing custom residential designs to fit within a small buildable area on lots ranging in width from 50-feet, 60-feet and some of varying sizes. A satellite office was established in on-site construction office trailer to meet with clients as well as manage and supervise daily operations of on-going construction.
