Summary of Professional Experience:

Paul has comprehensive project management leadership experience working independently for a variety of clients including business & property owners, developers, contractors as well as two corporate staff member positions for real estate developers as a Corporate Project Manager / Owner’s Representative. In these positions he oversaw as well as produced all aspects of development, A/E design, construction management & construction on Residential, Restaurant and Commercial projects. He made certain the needs of the client were met and found ways to reduce the project cost & timeline while ensuring high quality. He heavily emphasized value engineering in the structural design and substitution of materials in reducing construction costs by 3%-7% saving over $3M to date without conflicting with building codes, engineering integrity or architectural aesthetics. This all-encompassing experience along with his wide-ranging professional training holding degrees in Architectural Engineering and Construction Management allow him to be versatile in this industry.
